OUR HAPPINESS (REFUND) POLICY
WE DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR HAPPINESS

We're grateful for each and every one of our happy clients — your happiness is why we love what we do. It's also why we have this 'Happiness Policy'.

If for any reason you need or want to cease your project, we'll refund you for any unapproved milestones. It's not something we've had to do yet, but rest assured, we'll action it swiftly if you're not entirely happy with the way things are progressing at any stage — or if you need to cease your presentation for any reason at all.

 

Here's how it works: 

• Your presentation project is broken into 4 milestones representing 25% progress milestones

• To confirm your project and book its place in our production schedule, you'll need to pay your 50% deposit which covers your first 2 milestones

• Once you approve a milestone (via digital approval), we move to the next milestone — each milestone needs to be paid in full before we proceed

• If you decide to stop the project for any reason before approving a milestone, we’ll refund your most recent payment for the current milestone

• Note that any previously approved milestones won’t be refunded as you’ve already accepted them, confirming that you’re happy with what we’ve delivered to that point

• You'll have full ownership of any deliverables you've approved up to that point, welcome to use them however you choose
